A Little Pumpkin

Time for a recipe and this one is PUMPKIN RELATED...of course!

It sounds horrid, but this recipe is fantastic.  Really.  You've got to try it.   Even if you don't like pumpkin, you will love this.

PUMPKIN DIP
Serve with ginger snaps (home made or bought) or molasses cookies

1/2 can pumpkin
1 8 oz blocks cream cheese
1 1/4 cup 10X sugar
1  regular tub coolwhip
1/2 T cinnamon
1/2 t. each of nutmeg, ginger and allspice

Beat cream cheese till creamy and then add in 10X mixing well
Add in the other ingredients mixing well.
Refrigerate 24 hours and serve. 

For a fun look, fill a small cored pie pumpkin with the dip and surround with cookies!
