Last week, I introduced you to FOLK magazine.

THIS week, I am excited to share a bit more of this fabulous new magazine.

I started subscribing a few months ago when it first debuted.  I was impressed that most of

the editorial staff was still in college while attempting to get this unique magazine off the ground.

The premise being a "folksy" magazine that spotlights AMERICAN artisans, their crafts, their lives

and why they do what they do.  Artists, performers, writers, crafters, potters, farmers and gardeners all share the pages of this beauty of a magazine.  Think Martha meets People.

 

The photography is stellar.  The articles are engaging.

Even the ads are interesting.  Why?  Because they are not the normal made-in-China-

products usually promoted in the glossy mags.  These are ads for MADE IN USA

products by real "folks."
